These Terms of Service govern your use of the Hedomi website and the purchase, download, and use of digital products offered through it.
Hedomi is operated by me as an independent business. By accessing this website, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or purchase Hedomi products.
1. Products and Services
Hedomi provides digital products and services, including WordPress plugins, calculators, digital tools, downloadable files, educational materials, and other software or digital resources.

I may add, modify, update, or discontinue products or features when necessary.

Digital products are generally delivered electronically after successful payment.
Depending on the product, access may be provided through:
- Your Hedomi account
- A download link
- A protected online area
- Another digital delivery method described on the product page
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to your Hedomi account where applicable.
3. License to Use Digital Products
Unless otherwise stated on the individual product page or in a separate license agreement, purchasing a Hedomi digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal or commercial activities.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, design, documentation, intellectual property, or associated rights.
You may not:
- Resell or redistribute the product as your own
- Share purchased files publicly or with unauthorized third parties
- Repackage the product for resale
- Offer the original product for free download or distribution
- Claim ownership or authorship of Hedomi products
- Remove copyright, licensing, or ownership notices where applicable
- Use the product in a way that violates applicable law
Where modification of software is technically possible, modifying a product for your own use does not grant you the right to redistribute, resell, or claim ownership of the modified product.
Additional license conditions may apply to individual products and will be stated on their respective product pages.
4. Product Compatibility
I make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information about product requirements and compatibility.
However, websites, WordPress installations, themes, plugins, hosting environments, browsers, third-party APIs, and external services can vary significantly.
You are responsible for reviewing the product requirements before purchasing and ensuring that your environment meets the stated requirements.
I cannot guarantee compatibility with every third-party theme, plugin, hosting provider, browser, device, or customized website configuration unless such compatibility is specifically stated.
5. Updates
Some Hedomi products may receive updates, improvements, bug fixes, or compatibility changes.
The availability and duration of updates may vary by product.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a product does not guarantee unlimited lifetime updates, new features, or compatibility with all future versions of WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, third-party plugins, APIs, or other technologies.
6. Support
Support availability may vary depending on the product.
When support is included, it generally covers issues directly related to the normal functionality of the purchased Hedomi product.
Support may not include:
- General WordPress development
- Custom development or customization
- Problems caused by third-party plugins or themes
- Hosting or server configuration
- Issues caused by modifications to the original product
- Integration with unsupported third-party systems
Custom development or additional work may be offered separately.
7. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as PayPal, Stripe, or other payment services made available at checkout.
Payment providers may process your payment information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
I do not intentionally store complete credit or debit card details on Hedomi.
Prices displayed on the website may change at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases that have already been completed.
8. Refunds and Digital Products
Because Hedomi primarily sells digital products that may become available immediately after payment, purchases are generally considered final once the digital product has been delivered, downloaded, or made accessible.
Before purchasing, please review the product description, functionality, requirements, and compatibility information carefully.
If you experience a technical problem with a product, please contact me so I can investigate the issue and, where appropriate, attempt to resolve it.
Refund requests may be reviewed individually when appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation, refund, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
9. Accounts
Some Hedomi products or services may require you to create an account.
You are responsible for:

I do not control independent third-party services and cannot guarantee that they will remain available, unchanged, compatible, or free of errors.
Changes made by third-party providers may occasionally affect the functionality of a Hedomi product.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
I make reasonable efforts to ensure that Hedomi products work as described.
However, unless otherwise required by applicable law, digital products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
I cannot guarantee that every product will operate without interruption, errors, conflicts, or compatibility issues in every possible technical environment.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, I am not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use a Hedomi product or service.
This may include loss caused by incompatible software, third-party services, website configuration, hosting environments, user modifications, or circumstances outside my reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

You may not use Hedomi products or services to:

- Distribute malware or malicious software
